In this Help and Information tutorial you will learn how to request courses in DLCgo.

Note: this tutorial is for full time DLC Students with a DLCgo Account who are not part of the Sun West School division

  1. Login to
  2. Click Request Courses in the left hand menu of your dashboard
  3. In the catalog, use filters to find the course(s) you want to enroll in,
  4. Check the box(es) beside your requested course(s)
  5. Click Register
  6. Choose your start dates by clicking the box next to the calendar icon
  7. Click Calculate End Dates. End dates for Semester 1, Semester 2, and Year Long sections are fixed. If these predetermined dates do not accommodate your needs, click Change Courses and select Custom from the When Offered dropdown options in the course catalogue. Repeat steps 3 - 7
  8. Select a Payee from the Payment section. Note - this payee will be expected to pay for each course listed on this page 
  9. Click Confirm. Your course request(s) will now be reviewed. You can review the status of your course request on your dashboard (top of the menu on the left hand side of your screen)
  10. If you or a guardian will be paying for the course, you can log into DLCgo and click Make a Payment in the menu on the left hand side
